I have with me here na the Raffle tickets for the Upcoming Alumni homecoming of TUP-V this coming March 3-5, 2006..... Please email me for additional info.... We had to help this for the proceed of this raffle ticket will be used for the various projects of the alumni Association.....

the cost of each raffle ticket is 500php..

1st Prize : 1 Toyota Vios 1.5 Automatic
2nd Prize: Motorbike 125CC
3rd Prize : Mountain Bike

MECHANICS OF THE RAFFLE TICKET
1. Raffle winners will be notified by mail and thier names will be published in local Negros Occidental Newspapers and TUP-V website ( this website ) three (3) days after the draw.
2. Only paid and remitted raffle tickets will be considered valid. NO PAY, NO WIN.
3. Sold tickets must be remitted & unsold tickets returned not later than February 11, 2006. Unsold tickets not returned after the set deadline will be considered invalid.
4. Raffle winners must present paid raffle ticket claim stub and two (2) valid ID's in claiming the prizes. In the event that the claim stub of the winner is lost, a notarized joint affidavit ( solicitor & winner ) must be submitted.
5. The four (4) numbers of the winning tickets shall be drawn from four (4) seperate tambiolos containing pre-numbered pingpong balls duly verified and witnessed by a DTI representative.
6. One ticket is entitled to win one prize only. Should the same ticket be drawn more than once, the winner gets the prize with the higher value. Prizes are not convertible to cash.
7. All prizes are tax free.
8. Prizes can be claimed at the TUPVAA campus, Talisay City, Negros Occidental, through Ms. Erlou Penado - President, TUP-V Alumni Association.
9. Prizes not claimed within sixty (60) days will be forfieted in favor of the association.
10. In the event that the winning numbers is an unsold ticket, the prize automatically goes to the TUPVAA.
Raffle tickets in Luzon Chapter is facillitated by the Association here. Interested parties may contact Mr. Arnel Acopio (raffle tickets in-charge) , Ms. Erlou Penado ( TUPVAA Luzon Chapter President ) or Mr. Ray Decena ( me / Raffle tickets Coordinator ).
