hmmm...

bisan ano pa na relihiyon ina i dont think it would really do much...kay ngaa? diri sa Pilipinas...Christian country...pero what do we get? We have corrupt officials, unscrupulous bisinessmen...i think tanan na tawo na mka saka sa sosyudad demonyo na dayon tan aw...kadipara man kamo...kung si Bill Gates nakakwarta sa PC, kag si oprah nka kwarta sa iya talent.(take note - at their own expense)...demonyo na dayon sila...i think mas maayo nalang ni sila kay sa kay Velarde na sige pangolekta kwarta at the expense of his followers. Oprah is being labelled the anti-Christ kay she does not mention Christ in her shows...she mentions God though...but not Christ...kag i dont know maybe she doesnt want her show to be religion oriented...kay basi hamblon nman siya ginagamit nya name sang Ginoo para magsikat iya show...so karon kay la ya ginagamit ngalan sang ginoo sa iya show...should we call her the anti-Christ or a devil's advocate?
*:shrug:s*

TUPVian: Tan-awa batasan mo...gasimba ka...

Pwerteeee!!!!

I dont know. its too early to tell kung ano gid giho ni obama...but ive heard his podcasts sa podcastddirectory...i think daw maayo man...

about obama being anti pro life is his own stand...kag i do think he can listen to the "community" - his being antiprolif does not mean he's going to kill thousands or millions...but he's an advocate of contraception so to speak...i dunno kung pro abortion ni sya...wala ko kabalo...if mccain won the elections...mas damo siguro masubuan....ano ayhan no? :)

Would it been better if Mccain-Palin won?

1) Mccain said the US constitution was built on Christian principles? What about other religions?

http://edition.cnn.com/2007/POLITICS/10/01...tion/index.html

2) Former US president Thomas Jefferson built the wall between church and state.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Separation_of_church_and_state

3) Pastor John Hagee endorsed Mccain. Hagee has written that events in the Middle East point to an imminent apocalypse Christians should welcome. McCain's support for the Iraq war and fierce criticism of Iranian president Mahmoud Ahmadinejad won praise from Hagee, who has brought thousands of evangelical Christians to Washington to lobby on Israel's behalf.

4) Sarah Palin was quoted to have said that the Iraq War is God's will. Killings justified by religion.

http://news.aol.com/political-machine/2008...-war-gods-plan/

5) Palin also thinks that Jesus Christ will return back to Earth in her lifetime.

well, they survived their 200-year history and was at their height of success when they run the government under true christian principle.

The U.S. was founded by evangelical christians who wanted to practice their faith apart from the inlfuence or power of the State.

That what made the U.S unique from the Roman Catholic Spain and Protestant U.K.

State-Church separation was an evangelical christian principle... and Maccain/Palin and the christian founding fathers adheres to that.

While Obama is a christian himself, am not comfortable sa prinsipyo sang mga democrats... too liberal for me.

Anyhow, Singapore is conservative... yet progressive. hehehe

As my Boss in the US told me upon the announcement of Obama as the Winner- " Obama is the most Liberal of all the Presidents we had"

:thumb: ka mga tahum ka mga inputs nyo mga migs..

tan-awun ta lang ah...pirti kadaku sang problema ni Obama subong....kung paano nya ibangon ang ekonomiya.....

according sa Professor sa Kansas State nga naistorya ko personally....Obama is not anti-pro life naman kuno..accdng to them...Obama is Pro-Choice...it means na depende na ina^ sa ginikanan sang unborn angel if ipaabort nila or indi....but we will not talk about religion diri ah....may ara kita tanan nga ginatuuhan nga amo ang Amay sa Langit,Allah for Moslem,Buddha for Buddhist....I hope Obama will be God's Instrument para mag-ugyun ang tanan sa tunga sa krisis sa Ekonomiya.....

God bless America! :thumb:

Obama is going to govern from the center, not too liberal or too conservative, for him to be able to push his agenda, to achieve unity and change - his advocacy.

I have been an Obama supporter since the Democratic Primaries and through the election. I believe he is the right leader for the US now.

My only fear is that he will not finish his term and will have the same fate as kennedy...
