MANDARIN Technical Support Engineer; English Technical Support
Primarily responsible for providing technical support, consultation and diagnostics for the Mandarin-speaking end user customers and engineering organization within the Asia Pacific region.
This involves troubleshooting, problem analysis and providing solutions to hardware, software, installation, configuration, integration and application inquiries.
2 or more years field service, telephone support, and/or customer service experience performed using non-scripted resolution and troubleshooting
Ability to communicate technical information clearly, both orally and in writing
Excellent written and oral English communication skills; ability to write and fluently speak in Mandarin
Ability to function effectively/calmly in stressful situations, both on the phone and in person.
Proficient in Microsoft Windows operating systems, networking, computer hardware and word processing.

TECHNICAL CSA
Primary job duty is to complete the specification of incomplete quotations and order entry instructions that ensure proper application of pre-defined engineering, procurement and manufacturing rules associated with the proper form, fit and functional repair and replacement of control valve and instrument products.
Daily order management transaction processing utilizing the Oracle business system including its interrelated engineering and manufacturing databases and application systems
Mechanical Engineering Graduate preferred.
TECHNICAL REPORT WRITER
BS Degree in Engineering with 4 6 years of related experience in similar electrical field services activities including 2 years experience in technical report writing.
Knowledge of electrical field services in the commercial and industrial industry with emphasis in process control is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
WEB SPECIALIST
Working under the direction of the Web Manager, this person will move the current web content to the new Web SharePoint platform, including migration of all documents from eDocs to the SharePoint document management system. In addition, the person will maintain the web sites, site maps; documentation. He/she will use established web team maintenance procedures principles, and standards to improve the sites for impact and improved efficiently.
B.S. in Computer Science or related field

GUARDIAN SERVICES
GUARDIAN PRODUCTION SUPPORT
Responsible for the generation of System Analysis Reports, preparation of production reports, monitoring of SAR production progress, and ensuring that registration files are processed successfully to support the production of SARs.
The Guardian Production Support will sustain the efficient generation of SARs and other Guardian-related reports as subscription grows yearly.
Additional responsibilities include supporting the production environment by attending to SAR-related issues and writing technical descriptions of the results. The role also includes monitoring the website and ensuring its availability as well as identifying improvement areas.
The position requires good understanding of website operations, applications and computer networking fundamentals. It also requires the ability to communicate and work closely with IT Engineers, Software Developers, Test Engineers and Support Engineers.
Schedule systems that will receive SARs for the month as well as forecast systems for succeeding months
Create Systems Analysis Reports (SAR) from generation phases such as Preparation, Creation, Preview/Review, sending email notifications to LBPs/FSOs and Publishing
Prepare weekly production reports and SAR monitoring tracking sheet
Performance monitoring tasks on the Guardian website, Guardian Auto-mailer, AP-Guardian Mailbox, and the registration processes
Troubleshoot and escalate issues for resolution
Perform validation checks and functional testing after deployment
Graduate of B.S. Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology or business administration degrees with the appropriate technical or industry experience

Responsible for all financial planning and reporting for FRSI-Philippine Branch. The position reports to the Director Technology AP in Manila and to the Division Finance Director in Austin, Texas. Position is required to submit monthly reports, analyze and assist managers with expense analysis and forecasting, maintain financial records for the Branch Office, manage bank accounts, fixed assets, payroll accounting, cash flow management, ensure compliance with all local tax regulations, and generate financial analysis.
With solid background in Philippine Accounting Practices and tax laws
Knowledge with Oracle Financial System will prove to be an advantage.
Knowledge of Hyperion and Hyperion Retrieve for Excel experience preferred.

For Middle East/Africa (MEA) and Southern Asia (SA)
Successfully works to reduce product issue resolution time and initiates and supports efforts to develop training and troubleshooting resources (e.g. procedures, diagnostics, and documentation).
Monitors call backlog and closure rates to ensure we are striving to achieve our goals.

NETWORK DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER Security Server
Responsible in the design, implementation, packaging, and support of the Ovation Security Server product development.
Provide regular status updates.
Work effectively with cross-functional teams to refine technical requirement, identify and resolve technical issues, and document the finished product.
Assist in the development of training materials.
Provide level-three technical support and problem resolution for the Ovation Security Server product to address issues originated by Ovation customers, Sure Service, or Projects.
